Return & Refund Policy for Inkwood

Thank you for shopping with Inkwood. Because our products are made to order using our original illustrations, we have a limited return and refund policy.

1. Made-to-Order Products
All Inkwood products, including T-shirts and other merchandise, are printed only after an order is placed. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.So,We do not accept returns

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 5–7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Replacement Process
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement product to be printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.

4. Refunds
If a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after placing them. Once the order enters production, cancellation may not be possible because the product is already being printed.

6. Shipping Issues
Inkwood products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. However, we will assist customers in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
